CVA New Family Checklist and Documents
Welcome to Christian Victory Academy! This checklist will help you track your progress through the enrollment process.✓
1. New Student Application
- Complete the application and return it to the CVA Office by e-mail, mail, or in person (details located at the end of the application).

2. Family Interview
- Families will be contacted via e-mail to set up an interview after the application is received.
- All applying students are required to attend the interview.
- We encourage both (where aplicable), but at least one parent/guardian is required to attend.
- Applying Families must bring a transcript/report card for all applying students going into 1st grade or above.
- Families arriving to their interview without required persons/items will be rescheduled.

3. Enrollment
- After your interview you will be contacted via e-mail with your acceptance status within two business days.
- Please note that parents/guardians should NOT sign anything in the enrollment packet except in front of a notary (if any parent/guardian cannot attend the enrollment appointment), or in front of a CVA administrator as witness.
- At least one parent/guardian and all enrolling students must attend the enrollment appointment.
- Orientation: Saturday, August 7th
- 9:30 a.m. - Yearbook Photos will be taken. Follow the CVA dress code.
- 10:00 a.m. - On-Campus and Hybrid Orientation will be held in the Fellowship Hall.
- 11:30 a.m. - Journey and Voyage Orientation will be help in the room across from the CVA office.
- First Day of On-Campus School: Monday, August 9th, at 8:35 a.m.
- High School Meeting: Wednesday, October 13th, at 2:00 p.m.
Required attendance for all enrolled students in 9th - 12th grade and at least one parent/guardian.
The High School Meeting will be followed by a short meeting for Graduating Seniors only.

4. Preparation for the School Year
Scholarships
CVA is proud to accept students receiving the Family Empowerment, Hope, Gardiner, and Florida Tax Credit scholarships!
All scholarship students are required to participate in CVA's Full Time On-Campus Program, which includes a full 5-day per week schedule. Please see our Tuition & Fee Schedule (above) for more details.
Transcript Request:
Please send an email to info@christianvictoryacademy.org
containing the following information:
- Your first and last name
- The school name and address where the transcript is to be sent
- The method you used/will use to pay $10 per transcript
You may pay with cash/check in person, check sent to CVA's P.O. Box, or visit our payment center to pay the $10 Transcript Fee along with a conveinance fee. Your transcript will not be mailed until payment is received.
