CVA Board Members

Our board consists of a team of seasoned Christian professionals with extensive personal experience in the area of homeschooling, with a Christian perspective. Board of Directors

Paula Williamson, President, founded Christian Victory Academy in 1998. She currently serves on the Advisory Board for FCCPSA (Florida Coalition of Christian Private Schools Association), of which she has been involved since 2008. Paula is considered an expert in her field, and has served on a panel of experts at the Florida Parent Educators Association Convention. She also opened and managed the Family Christian Academy Bookstore and School in Orlando, Florida for over two years. Paula was a homeschool mom for over fourteen years. She has three children, two of which are married, and four grandchildren. Her youngest graduated from Christian Victory Academy, and went on to earn her Baccalaureate from UCF in 2011.
David Schaaf, Vice President, is a retired Air Force Major, currently employed by General Dynamics as a software engineer. He and his wife Linda have two children and have over seven years of homeschooling experience.
Lynn Henry, Secretary, has been a homeschool mom for over twelve years. She and her husband Marty have two children.
Vicki Swift, Treasurer, has been a homeschool mom for over five years. She and her husband David have two children.
Shawn Lockhart has been a teacher at CVA for the past 4 years. She has an AA degree from Valencia Community College. She has been a homeschool mom for the past 4 years. She and her husband Derrick have four children.
Clark Green is an Honorary Board Member. He is self-employed laying flooring in homes and businesses. Clark has two grown children currently living in Maryland. Clark has a heart to serve and encourage the children when we have special events at the school.
Danette Sweat is an Honorary Board Member who has been a homeschool mom for over twelve years. She and her husband Randy have two children. She was the Assistant Manager with Paula at Family Christian Academy Bookstore and School for over two years.
