CVA Board Members

Our board consists of a team of seasoned Christian professionals with extensive personal experience in the area of homeschooling, with a Christian perspective. Board of Directors

		Paula Williamson, President, founded Christian Victory Academy in 1998. She served on the Advisory Board for (FCCPSA) Florida Coalition of Christian Private Schools Association for ten years. Paula is considered an expert in her field and has served on the Panel of Experts at the Florida Parent Educators Association Convention. She also opened and managed the Family Christian Academy Bookstore and School in Orlando, for over two years. Paula was a homeschool mom for over 14 years. She has three children, two of which are married, and five grandchildren.
		Dr. David Schaaf, Vice President, is a retired Air Force Major currently an online adjunct professor at Liberty University. He and his wife Linda have two children and have over eight years of homeschooling experience. Linda teaches high school English at CVA and is the High School Administrator.
		Shaina Eastman, Secretary, graduated from CVA in 2005 and went on to earn her Bachelor's Degree from UCF in Philosophy, Religion, and Pop Culture in 2011. She has taught math classes at CVA for over ten years and is CVA's IT Manager. Shaina and her husband Eric have one son whom they plan to homeschool when he reaches Kindergarten.
		Dr. Demetrius Crane is the Treasurer as well as CVA's current accountant and CPA. She is the founder of Soldout2Christ Evangelistic Association, SEA Accounting & Consulting, and SEA Community Corporation. All three businesses have one thing in common---building the Kingdom of God. Dr. Crane holds a Bachelor's in Accounting, a Master's in Business Administration, and a Doctorate in Theology. She and her husband Eric have one son.
		Lynn Henry was a homeschool mom for over 13 years. She has been involved in every aspect of CVA since the beginning, taught at CVA for the past 16 years, and is CVA's Elementary and Middle School Administrator. She and her husband Joe have two children and two grandchildren.
		Shawn Lockhart taught at CVA for four years. She now serves as an active board member as well as our fundraising coordinator. She has an AA degree from Valencia Community College and has been a homeschool mom for over four years. She and her husband Derrick have four children and own Airboat Rides at Midway in Christmas.
