CVA conducts the Stanford 10 Standardized Achievement Test every year. This is a nationally accepted test. We conduct this test in order for parents to see the results of what their child has learned at the end of the school year. Also, it helps parents and school counselors to customize their child's curriculum for the following year, based on their child's weak and strong areas in their academics.

CVA students in grades 3rd through 11th will be required to attend this test.

If your child is not required to test, but would like to, they may do so, upon written request and payment of the $50 fee.

Students not enrolled at CVA may take this test. The cost for the test is $50. This includes taking the timed test with CVA and a scoring report. If you are not enrolled at CVA, but would like your student to take the test untimed you will need to sign up for individual testing, which costs $30 per day in addition to the $50 non-cva student testing fee.
Click here for more information about individual testing.

Seniors, graduates, or dual enrolled students that are enrolled in or have completed Freshman Composition I and College Algebra are exempted from attending the Achievement Test at CVA.

Doors open for the test at 8:45 a.m. Testing begins at 9:00 a.m. sharp.
LATE ARRIVAL FEE IS $10 PER DAY (ARRIVING AT 8:55 IS LATE)
