Athletics

Eastland Christian School’s athletic department is dedicated to enhancing the physical, spiritual, moral and social skills of our students in a positive, competitive athletic program. The school’s program is structured so that all interested students in grades 7-12 can participate, and elementary students can participate in community teams that are based at Eastland. Our well-rounded program offers opportunities to participate in football, volleyball, boys and girls basketball, baseball, softball, and soccer.

Eastland Christian School is a member of the Florida Christian Conference. The ‘Canes hold numerous conference and state championship trophies. Several students have received “Conference Player of the Year” honors in various sports.

We look forward to parent and community support of ECS athletics. We encourage all to join us in cheering our student athletes on as they represent our school by “honoring and glorifying Christ in all they do.”

• Adhere to Christian principles of behavior and attitude while participating in practices and games, striving to glorify God in all you do.
• Understand and accept the responsibility and privilege of representing the school.
• Follow instructions and respect the integrity and judgment of coaches and game officials.
• Treat opponents as guests or friends, wishing them well before the game and congratulating them in a courteous manner afterward, whether in victory or defeat.
• Commit to pray for your coaches, team members and opponents.
